1. Scope
The LicenseWholesale website supplies information and facilitates business-to-business inquiries, quotes and orders for digital software licensing. Website access or an account registration does not itself create a purchase commitment. Account access may be subject to business verification and approval.
2. Products and licensing
Products are identified by brand, version or edition, license type, device allowance, duration and permitted region. Products advertised in the current public catalog are described as Global / Retail based on our available sourcing information; any exceptions should be shown in the individual quote before payment. All manufacturer trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Prices and quantity tiers
Unless a specific written quote states otherwise, catalog prices are in USD per license configuration and volume tiers apply to the quantity of each SKU within an order, not automatically to a mixed basket. Buyers may mix brands and products and request custom wholesale quotes. Confirmed final prices, any PayPal/bank processing charges and any legally required taxes will be disclosed as applicable before payment. Prices may change for future orders; confirmed orders are handled according to the agreed quote.
4. Ordering and payment
Submitting a website order request is not payment and does not guarantee inventory allocation. Our team confirms availability, conditions and the payable total. Payment methods offered may include cryptocurrency, PayPal or bank transfer. We do not collect or store card numbers on this site; payment instructions are provided after confirmation through approved channels. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Invoices are available upon request.
5. Delivery
Digital fulfillment is generally within one business day of confirmed successful payment, often within hours. Selected products may offer instant delivery where shown. Unusual order sizes, validation requirements, external-provider delays and force-majeure circumstances may affect fulfillment; we will communicate material delays where practical.
6. Genuine licenses, warranty and support
We supply genuine retail software licenses sourced through reseller and official supply channels as represented by our business. If a supplied license has a confirmed validity or activation defect attributable to that license, we will investigate and offer appropriate troubleshooting or replacement under the agreed product warranty. The buyer should provide reasonable evidence of the issue. Manufacturer product support terms may also apply. This clause does not promise that third-party applications are error-free in every environment.
7. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Because delivered digital license codes can become usable immediately, incorrectly selected products generally cannot be refunded after valid delivery and disclosure of the key, unless required by law or agreed in writing. Undelivered or defective orders will be considered under the applicable contract and legal rights. We do not exclude remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Please confirm product compatibility, devices, region and duration before payment.
8. Customer responsibilities
Customers must use and resell licensed software lawfully, within applicable license grants and in their authorized territories. Misuse, fraudulent payments, unsupported sublicensing or unlawful redistribution may lead to order refusal or account suspension. Customers must protect their account credentials.
9. Service availability and liability
We aim to keep the website and order services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party network services. Business liability, warranty exclusions and limitations must be finalized in the signed or accepted sales terms and only to the extent permitted under applicable law. No provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
